What "DMCA-ignored" actually means

The DMCA is US law. Our datacenters aren't in the US. We respond to valid court orders from the hosting jurisdiction — everything else goes to /dev/null. But privacy is not lawlessness, and our AUP has teeth.

What we ignore

  • US DMCA takedown notices. Not law here. We don't forward them and we don't suspend for them.
  • Bulk copyright complaints from automated enforcement bots and settlement-letter mills.
  • Foreign court orders with no jurisdiction over the datacenter hosting your server.
  • Identity demands. There is nothing to subpoena: we hold a token hash and a txid, not you.

What we enforce

  • No spam. Port 25 is filtered by default; bulk mailers are terminated, not warned.
  • No botnets or C2. Malware infrastructure gets the node killed and the wallet banned.
  • No CSAM. Immediate termination and report to the jurisdiction's NCMEC equivalent. No exceptions, ever.
  • No network attacks or scanning. Outbound DDoS, port scanning and brute-forcing violate the AUP.
The short version: a valid court order from the country your server physically sits in — or nothing. Read the full policy in our Acceptable Use Policy and the deep dive in DMCA-ignored hosting, explained.

Online in three steps

No account form. No verification email. The slowest part is choosing a plan.

01

Pick a plan

Five Linux plans, three Windows, fifteen jurisdictions. Configure it in under a minute — upgrades later are in-place and prorated.

02

Pay with crypto

BTC, XMR, ETH, LTC, USDT or SOL via Paymento. No cards, no PayPal, no banks in the loop — we never touch card rails.

03

Root access in 55s

Your access token is shown exactly once — we store only its hash. Then: IP, root password, SSH in. Done.

Handles, not names — that's the point. Long-term customers, quoted with permission.

PacketFox Infrastructure engineer — running since 2021

"2 TB/month was never going to be enough. Unmetered on SV-Pro is real — I've pushed 38 TB in a month, zero tickets."

mr_kovac Seedbox operator — Romania

"Our investigative outlet got three DMCA threats last year. VPSRento's reply was one line: valid court order from the hosting jurisdiction or nothing. We're still online."

Anya Indie publisher — Moldova

"Clean IPs actually matter for my work. Every VPSRento IP I've had passed 40 blacklist checks. That's rare."

klaas_dev SaaS founder — Netherlands

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks before their first deploy.

Correct. No email, no name, no phone. Signup generates a 24-character access token like VPR-7K2M-9QX4-PL3D-8RWN — shown once, stored only as a hash. Your account is that token.

You don't. We can't reset what we never knew — that's the feature, not a bug. Generate a sub-token in settings and store both somewhere safe. A password reset email is just an attack vector with a friendly name.

BTC, XMR, ETH, LTC, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20) and SOL, processed by Paymento. No cards, no PayPal, no bank transfers — we never touch card rails.

The DMCA is US law with no force where our servers sit, so a valid local court order is required before anything happens to your server — read what DMCA-ignored hosting actually means.

Median 55 seconds for Linux, about 4 minutes for Windows (sysprep). Provisioning starts the moment the transaction confirms.

Yes: spam, botnets, CSAM, network attacks and port scanning — see the AUP. Privacy is not lawlessness, and the rule is what keeps IPs clean for everyone else.
