Technical

Median 55 seconds from paid invoice to SSH login, measured across all fifteen locations. The number on our homepage is the provisioning median we track internally, not a best-case demo. Windows takes about four minutes because sysprep runs on first boot.

Every IPv4 is screened against 40+ DNSBLs before it is assigned. Anything flagged goes to quarantine for delisting — never to a customer. If an IP you receive fails a check that matters to your workload, open a ticket: replacement is free.

Always-on L3/L4 mitigation with 1 Tbps+ edge capacity, free on every plan in every location. Attacks are scrubbed at the edge rather than null-routed onto you. Application-layer (L7) filtering for HTTP workloads is available as a $4.99/mo add-on.

A routed /64 is included free with every VPS, and /56 is available on request via ticket. Reverse DNS for both IPv4 and IPv6 is self-service in the client area.

Port 25 is filtered by default — it is the main reason our IP ranges stay clean enough to pass those 40 blacklist checks. After 30 days of good standing we open it on request. Submission ports 465 and 587 are always open.

In-place upgrades: vCPU, RAM and disk scale up with about two minutes of downtime, and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of your cycle. Downgrades apply at the next renewal. Nodes scale to 64 vCPU — ask us for a custom plan.
