No activity logs and no connection logs, on any node, in any location. All nodes run disk encryption, and the billing ledger holds only the transaction ID and amount — data the blockchain already makes public. We can't sell, leak or hand over what we don't have, which is the entire point of the design. The privacy policy lists everything we collect in one short table; it fits because there is almost nothing to list.

Middle relays and bridges: yes, in all fifteen locations — and our abuse desk actually knows what Tor is, so you won't be explaining it to a tier-1 script. Exit relays: Iceland and Switzerland only, with proper reverse DNS set, because those two jurisdictions have the legal clarity exits need. Legal adult content is fine in every jurisdiction except where local law forbids it — which in practice means Russia is off the table for that use case. 18+ labeling is required, and the hosting jurisdiction's own rules apply; that is the whole framework. Port 25 is filtered by default on all plans — it is the single most effective anti-spam measure we have. After 30 days of clean history, open a ticket and we unfilter it for legitimate mail servers with proper rDNS and HELO. Every IP is blacklist-checked and every image is verified before it reaches the provisioning queue, which is why the number stays at 55 seconds instead of 5.

Every IPv4 address is checked against 40+ DNS blacklists before it is assigned to a customer. Anything flagged goes to quarantine and is never sold — we would rather hold dead inventory than hand you a burned IP. It matters more than most specs on the page: a dirty IP poisons mail deliverability and triggers CAPTCHAs for years. It is one of the things our long-term customers mention most.

The DMCA is a United States law; it has no force in Moldova, Panama or Iceland. Our jurisdictions require a valid court order from the local courts before anything comes down, and US takedown notices go to /dev/null — we forward nothing and suspend nothing without that local order. Honesty over sales. Sanctions don't touch us — we're crypto-only, so there are no card networks to cut — but routing from some Western ISPs into Moscow is degraded, and that is a network reality no host can fix. If your audience is in the EU or North America, pick Romania or the Netherlands instead; if it is in Russia or Central Asia, Moscow performs well. We list the location because for some workloads it is the right answer — we would just rather you know the tradeoffs up front.
